This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced cardiologists and advanced practice providers in delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals with complex cardiovascular conditions.

Position Highlights

• Hospital-employed position with a respected regional health system
• Join a collaborative and multidisciplinary Heart Failure team
• Balanced practice with a mix of:
  • Outpatient clinic care
  • Inpatient rounding and patient management
• Monday-Friday schedule
• Shared inpatient night and weekend call responsibilities
• Opportunity to care for patients across the continuum of heart failure treatment and management
• Cardiology experience preferred
• Experienced Nurse Practitioners and motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
